 Cinnamon Bark  has been widely used since ancient times. The ancient Chinese included it in just about every  prescription and  considered it beneficial as a tranquilizer, a tonic and  good for digestion and weak hearts.

A powerful antioxidant as well as being one of the most powerful antibacterial and anti virul oils available, testing has yet to find a virus, bacteria or fungus that can survive in its presence.

Beneficial uses include circulation, colds, coughs, flu, infections, warts, rheumatism. Add it to food as a dietary supplement or as a flavoring agent. Cinnamon bark essential oil is a very "hot" oil, and it is cautioned that it should be very well diluted with a carrier oil  before applying to the skin. Full strength use may cause skin irritation with repeated use.  Likewise, diffuse this oil with caution (less than 5 minutes) as it will irritate the nasal membranes if inhaled directly from the diffuser.
